CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

One of the major benefits of working with Loft Homes and Garages is that we offer all the services from the FREE SITE APPRAISAL, to handover of finished property.

Our fixed contracts include the pricing, proposed time frames, insurances, project scope (inclusions and exclusions), plus all the finishing products. Once a contract is signed a 10% deposit is paid. We immediately commit and place all the main orders with our suppliers and sub contractors to get the build underway.

Construction/project management tasks

Tasks will be different according to each individual project. However the main tasks will include the following.

Quality management. Each project involves working with a number of contractors and subcontractors. Our main job is to make sure that everyone is doing quality work and upholding our high standards.

Cost management. We will keep a close eye on costs and in order to keep to the budget agreed in the fixed price contract and to avoid any complications or issues before they arise.

Safety management. Our dedicated and experienced teams will be able to identify and eliminate any potential hazards in order to maintain health and safety requirements on site at all times. We hold weekly safety meetings on site and all records are documented.

Contract administration. It is the job of the construction manager to ensure that every provision of the contract is being met and that all parties involved are satisfied. Payment claims are made based on the actual work completed on site and are very transparent and easy to follow.
